Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the reserved time.

As we have fixed opening times, it is not necessary to reserve in advance. In principle, however, we recommend making a reservation in advance using our reservation system so that you can avoid long waiting times on site. Please note that a reservation is binding and must be canceled at least one week in advance. In the case of shorter-term cancellations, we will charge a loss compensation.
